Apparently the new procedures permitted by the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf will make it easier than it has been up to now in Germany for the owners of FRAND-committed SEPs to disclose to defendants and intervenors the licenses they have granted to others, for the purpose of substantiating that their offers are FRAND, without having to worry so much about the individuals to whom the information is disclosed disseminating the information more broadly.
